Refund policy

At Bellissima Wigs, each wig is custom-made with care based on the order placed by the customer. Because our wigs are custom products, all sales are final and non-refundable, except in situations where an error has been made by Bellissima Wigs.

Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All custom wig purchases are final. Due to the customized nature of our products, Bellissima Wigs does not accept returns or issue refunds because a customer changes their mind, no longer wants the item, or has a personal preference regarding the finished product.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details carefully before completing their purchase.

WHEN A REFUND MAY BE APPROVED

A refund may only be considered when an error has been made by Bellissima Wigs.

Examples of an eligible business error may include:

Receiving the wrong wig or item.
Receiving an item that does not match the item ordered due to an error made by Bellissima Wigs.
Another confirmed fulfillment mistake made by our business.

Refund requests are subject to review and approval. A refund is not guaranteed simply because a customer submits a request.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS

If Bellissima Wigs determines that a return is appropriate because of a business error, the item must be returned in its original condition.

The wig must be:

Unused
Unworn
Unaltered
Undamaged
In its original condition

Proof of the reported issue may be required before a return or refund is approved. Customers may be asked to provide photographs, order information, or other documentation showing the issue with the item received.

ITEMS THAT ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND

Wigs are not eligible for a refund if they have been:

Worn
Installed
Cut
Colored or dyed
Bleached
Washed
Styled
Altered
Modified
Damaged after delivery

Once a wig has been worn, installed, cut, colored, altered, or otherwise modified, it is considered final sale and is not eligible for a refund.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION

Customers should not send merchandise back without first contacting Bellissima Wigs and receiving return instructions.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or may not qualify for a refund.

If a return is approved, Bellissima Wigs will provide the customer with the applicable return instructions.

RETURN INSPECTION

Receiving a returned item does not automatically mean that a refund will be issued.

Returned merchandise may be inspected to confirm that it meets the requirements outlined in this policy. If the item has been worn, altered, damaged, or otherwise fails to meet the return requirements, the refund request may be denied.
